Communication Policy
All communication should be direct, you can call or text (949) 800-9675 including if you have any questions, or need to change/cancel an appointment. Do not email or respond to the booking confirmation text/email as I will not get the message.
Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given a $30 cancellation fee will be charged. No-show fee is $60. All fees must be paid before you can rebook. Please call/text (949) 800-9675 for any and all communication.
Late Policy
We respect every client’s time, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will likely be rescheduled. We will do our best to accommodate you, however your treatment time may be cut or canceled.

Payment Policy
Mayu Holistic Esthetics & Wellness accepts all major credit cards and cash. Payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.
Cell Phone Policy
Please silence your phone while at the studio, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit. A complimentary charging area is provided for your convenience.
Age Policy
Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, please make arrangements for child care. Unfortunately, children are not permitted to stay alone in the waiting area and are not allowed in the treatment area/room due to liability. Clients must be at least 12 years old to receive services, and must be accompanied by their legal guardian.
Guest Policy
Please come to your appointments without any guests. Mayu Holistic is unable to accompany additional guests at this time. A large part of our philosophy is creating a relaxing atmosphere where clients can escape and relax, which can be difficult with additional people in the treatment room.
Privacy Policy
I have created this privacy policy to demonstrate my firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. I will never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only. Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Mayu Holistic Esthetics & Wellness and its clients.
Gift Certificates & Gift Cards
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Mayu Holistic Esthetics & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards; lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards will not be replaced.
Wellness Policy
If you are exhibiting any symptoms of illness, have been sick in the past 14 days, or exposed to someone who has been sick please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is exhibiting any type of sickness.
