The appointment was super easy to make and right away I received a welcome email with before and after care instructions, directions on how to find her in the building and the warmest welcome. During my visit, Monique explained everything she was doing and what all the products she used were for. We started with the wax. I got full legs and Brazilian. Monique made me feel so comfortable while she worked and the conversation flowed so easily, I almost forgot I had no pants on! She is so personable and sweet. Last, we did the facial. She listened to my skin concerns and recommended what would best take care of me. Again, she explained all the products she used and was completely knowledgeable about what my skin needed. My face felt rejuvenated and was glowing. I absolutely cannot thank her enough. Monique really cares for her clients and that's hard to find these days. She also made me a complimentary Chai tea and some chocolate almonds for the road. I made sure to book my next appointment before I left.   • "OMG can I just brag for a sec that I always find the best places ever to get Sh*% done! On my trip to OC to visit friends I found this gem of a facial place and I can’t say enough good things about it. First of all, Monique is knowledgeable, intuitive and very sweet. She recommended which facial (and products) I should get and why based on some problems I noticed starting to creep in at my tender young age of 41 - namely age spots appearing and one in particular getting darker out of no where. I also noticed my skin was less vibrant (hair as well) but one thing at a time and at least one of the bases is starting to get covered thanks to Monique!! The thing I always look for when I am vetting places and if I return or not is: Is the person working on me paying attention (yes), are they intuitive (not just going through the motions)- yes) and do they tell me something different or do something different than what i normally expect (changing my baseline /expextAtions) -yes! So I do get a lot of facials -two per month and when I travel I like to try new places because different cities have different talent and Monique is my go-to gal now in OC."
